Kya holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University and spent nearly a decade in finance at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, leading cross-functional compliance and operational initiatives. At Loretta, she aligns people, process, and product to scale institutional partnerships responsibly.
Utkarsh holds a PhD from MPI-SWS and an MS from EPFL. He was previously CTO and co-founder at Reason.al and has published in Nature, PNAS, and NeurIPS. At Loretta, he leads the development of the federated learning and causal AI systems that power the platform.
