Kya holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University. She spent nearly a decade in finance at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, leading cross-functional initiatives to streamline legal and operational workflows, strengthen compliance systems, and improve efficiency across global teams. Her leadership combines design thinking with operational precision—aligning people, process, and product to scale responsibly and ensure strategic clarity across Loretta's institutional partnerships.
Utkarsh brings deep expertise in AI and machine learning, with a PhD from MPI-SWS and an MS from EPFL, where he received the Prix ECLA Informatique for highest GPA. He was formerly CTO and co-founder at Reason.al, where he led technical strategy and product development. Utkarsh has published research in Nature, PNAS, and NeurIPS, and contributes to open-source projects including SciPy and CPython. At Loretta, he leads the development of federated learning systems and causal AI models that power the platform's predictive analytics while preserving patient privacy.
Amita has an engineering background with an interdisciplinary master's in IoT and is completing her PhD in Production and Operations Management at Brandenburg Technical University. She previously consulted for Tata Motors on engineering workflows and technology integration, and founded Thread, an AI-powered translation startup. At Loretta, Amita applies her expertise in product strategy and AI integration to drive user-centered innovation.
Michael's career spans luxury brand leadership, retail strategy, and nonprofit engagement, united by a commitment to cultural storytelling and inclusive innovation. He held senior roles at Louis Vuitton, IWC Schaffhausen, and Meissen, and served as CEO in premium retail. At the Berlin Chamber of Commerce (IHK), he supported startups and workforce solutions, connecting emerging ventures with institutional partners. Michael is also an Advisory Board member at Ideas in Motion, an NGO fostering entrepreneurship in Rwanda.
Zhasheken has a broad background in data management, AI algorithms, and mobile software development from the University of Alberta.
